We believe in being upfront about cost. Your initial assessment and recommendation session is free, and can include calculations, illustrations and securing an initial decision in principle. We will always tell you exactly what you will be charged before you decide to proceed with a formal application.

Our fees reflect the complexity of your individual circumstances.

• Mortgage application fee: £145.00

• Broker advice and arrangement fee: £495.00, due once a formal mortgage offer is confirmed. This can be paid on completion.

• Highly complex cases: depending on your circumstances, a fee of up to 1% of the total mortgage amount may apply.
