We will always explain exactly what you will be charged before you choose to proceed with an application. Our charges can vary depending on the complexity of your individual circumstances.

Any fees we may charge will typically be a Mortgage Application Fee of £145.00 and a Broker Advice and Arrangement Fee of £495.00 which becomes due on confirmation of a mortgage offer but can be paid on completion. 

A fee of up to 1% of the mortgage amount may be charged depending on your individual circumstances.
