or submit our simple, online enquiry form.
We will then contact you and confirm our status and the Key Facts about our service. We then complete a mortgage and protection fact find to enable us to source the most appropriate mortgage and any protection requirements for you based on your circumstances.
We will then explain in simple terms the options available to you, including details of any fees and conditions, and will then recommend an appropriate mortgage solution and any protection requirements.
When you are happy and understand precisely what you are applying for, we then take you step by step through the mortgage application process either in person, over the phone, by email/internet and/or via the post.
We produce and give you a copy of our Initial Disclosure Document (Key Facts about our service), our Terms of Business and a Key Facts Illustration detailing the product, conditions and costs. We will then complete the lenders online or paper application with you and collect any additional requirements the lender has; such as proof of identification, proof of address, proof of income etc.
You will be given a dedicated contact, who will provide you, and if desired, your estate agent and solicitor with regular updates on the progress of your application. We strive to ensure that you receive your mortgage offer quickly and efficiently so your solicitor can complete your mortgage as soon as possible
